The staff was KIND and the accommodation was perfect. We had a sofa bed, central heating and ironing facilities in the deluxe king room.

lovely garden outside. a nice place for a wedding celebration in karlovo. we loved stunning restaurants on site. room was good value. thanks to their receptionist for the help.
